Place an order for the translation service by replying to the quote email. Please note that we may ask customers outside Japan to make an advance payment (via PayPal). Upon request, we are willing to review and enter into a separate NDA as necessary

An experienced proofreader from a pertinent field will be assigned and engaged in the translation process. The lead time will vary depending on document type and volume.

In order to eliminate any omissions, mistranslations, typos or misspelled words, etc. and to ensure the appropriate style, tone, word choice and compliance with specified terminologies in the translation process, the translated document(s) will be thoroughly proofread by an experienced linguist. Triple-checks, complex formatting, and additional proofreading are optional.

Delivery
You will receive the final translation by email by the specified delivery time along with an invoice in the case of payment after delivery. Questions and requests for revision are welcomed within a month of delivery.
